C-QUADRAT Investment AG increases stake in ARTS Asset Management

Assets under management reach new high of EUR 8.4 billion.

C-QUADRAT Investment AG is increasing its stake in ARTS Asset Management GmbH from 45 to 55 percent, subject to the approval of the FMA. This step is justified by the many years of successful cooperation and the further good growth prospects for the CQ Investment Group.

CQ Investment Group founder and CEO Alexander Schütz comments: "ARTS Asset Management is a well-known brand in asset management with a 20-year history. ARTS stands for quantitative asset management, flexibility and risk management. We are delighted to expand our existing involvement in ARTS and to continue to support the success story of founder Leo Willert and his team".

"The increase in C-QUADRAT Investment AG's stake is very important for us. It shows that the path we have consistently pursued meets with the broad approval of our main investor. We are delighted with the trust this expresses and will continue to contribute to CQ Investment group´s success with full vigor," commented Leo Willert, founder and Head of Trading at ARTS Asset Management, on the development.

Assets under management of CQ Investment Group reach new high of EUR 8.4 billion.

At EUR 8.4 billion, CQ Investment Group has reached a new record level of assets under management. This positive development has been driven by the ongoing good performance of the investment products of CQ and its subsidiaries, the ongoing launch of new products, e.g. in alternative investments such as private debt or private equity, as well as high inflows of funds in the area of international pension products.

CQ Investment Group founder and CEO Alexander Schütz said: "I am very pleased with the dynamic development of our company. In fact, these are the highest assets under management in the company's history, apart from a special fund launched at short notice on behalf of a client in 2017. This is proof of the quality of our investment strategies and the trust our clients place in us."
